CERTIFICATION PROCESS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Extending the certificate can be done through a new application, this may be an upgrade of the level or adding new scope to the originally granted certificates subject to fulfilling the certification pre-requisite.
Renewing can be done through attending the examination and certification prior the expiry date following the same process starting from application.
Reducing the scope may be applicable in certain circumstances and may be done through the normal certification process or as a result of a Mystery Shopper visit.
Suspending or withdrawing certification may take place as a result of a negative feedback or involvement in an accident that its investigation resulted in a non-compliance with the requirements, or as a result of breaching any parts of the applicant, candidate or certified person agreements.
