WE AT CBI, EVERYONE'S SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.


Due to the current pandemic situation and to help prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus, we have taken some measures recently and we want you to be informed of the changes in our operations: 

VAT CERTIFICATE

We are now charging vat 5% on top of the services cost specified in this website.

OFFICE TIMINGS AND VISITS

Our office in Oud Metha is open on Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Visiting our office is appointment-based only. We are requiring everyone to send an email to cbi.emea@outlook.com for scheduling appointments.

PRINTED COPIES

  We are unable to provide printed copies of the following:

  • Quotations
  • Invoices
  • Receipt Vouchers
  • First Aid Certificates
  • Competency Certificates and ID Cards

PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

As of now, we do not accept cash nor do cheque collections, and we request all of our clients to do bank deposits to our account and send us the proof of transaction via email; bank details are stated on the issued quotation and invoices, and is also available upon request. All receipts, quotations, and invoices are only issued via our software platform as instructed and in the email as we also restrict paper-based transactions.
